After extensive, wide-ranging experience in commercial and management roles with well-known brands and retailers (Lee Cooper, Etam Lingerie, Beauté Prestige International, Princesse tam.tam, Pimkie), I decided to put my expertise to use in support of the retail sector.


I am one of those men who likes shopping; discovering concepts, deciphering strategies, observing the behaviour of sales teams and finding potential improvements has always excited me.

But above all, it is the idea of the customer that inspires me.


My favourite saying: "A man without a smiling face must not open a shop", Chinese proverb.

Marc Dartevelle

Partner and consultant


With 23 years’ experience in Retail, Marc knows the territory and the importance of communication, having worked in management roles in particular in the development of commercial franchise and integrated networks (Neuhaus, Etam, Délitraiteur, Louis Delhaize) and general management (Intermarché Belgium).

His experience enables him to understand from a broad perspective the realities and challenges faced by growing businesses in general, and Retail networks in particular. 

Results focused, an entrepreneur to the core, team leader, dynamic and flexible, he is able to contribute his vision, skills and experience to local, regional, national or international businesses, in order to strengthen the organisation, support action plans and increase the pace of growth. 

Els Dhaeze

Consultant, trainer and coach


Els has 17 years’ experience in various management roles with international marketing and retail companies (Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Yves Rocher and Neuhaus).

She works with Flemish companies that wish to reduce the gap between the customer and the company at different levels.

Els is also the author of the book "Uit liefde voor de klant, maak al je mederwerkers klantbewust" which has proved very successful in Flanders and Holland.
